Good question. It has complete communication services via the internet or a telephone connection that allows your "Help Desk" to access the system from anywhere. Our system can monitor the temperatures within not only the facility/store but also within your coolers or freezers. If a temperature exceeds the "High Temp Alarm", it can be programmed to contact on-call personnel. That saves valuable response time for maintenance procedures making your company pro-active Vs re-active.
In addition, your outdoor lighting can be wired through the system and then set to turn on and off the lighting in stages based upon the available ambient light and/or time. Help desk personnel can access the system and make adjustments to the lighting from your office, keeping you on the competitive edge for customer awareness.
